Their published figures: Ultra Rare 18.98% overall = normal V 11.55% (1 in 9), VMAX/VSTAR 3.72% (1 in 27), full-art V 2.10% (1 in 48), full-art Trainer 1.01% (1 in 99), alt-art V 0.60% (1 in 168); Radiant Rare 4.55% (1 in 22); Secret Rare 2.20% (1 in 45) = rainbow 1.26% + gold 0.94%; Trainer Gallery 12.23%. Mapped onto this catalog's three tiers by INSPECTING which cards each tier actually holds. double_rare (18 cards) = the 15 normal V PLUS the 3 Radiant Pokemon (Radiant Alakazam/Jirachi/Tsareena), so it takes 11.55 + 4.55 = 16.10%. ultra_rare (33 cards) = the 7 normal VMAX/VSTAR plus the #170-187 full-art and alt-art V plus the #188-195 full-art Trainers = 3.72 + 2.10 + 0.60 + 1.01 = 7.43%, which is exactly TCGplayer's 18.98 - 11.55. hyper_rare (20 cards) = the #196-215 rainbow and gold range = 2.20%.
