Net if 10= PSA 10 value − raw − fee, the gain assuming a perfect grade (an upper bound — most cards won't 10). Chance of 10is this card's own PSA population — of every copy graded, the share that came back a 10 — and it drives the graded EV toggle instead of one flat assumption. Read it as a ceiling, not a coin flip: it counts cards people CHOSE to submit, which skews toward good copies, and a card pulled from a pack today may fare worse. TCGplayer Authentication Center study, read directly from the primary article (Peter Day, published 2025-05-30): more than 8,000 Destined Rivals booster packs opened, per-tier rates with 95% confidence intervals — Double Rare 19.83% ±0.84, Ultra Rare 6.39% ±0.52, Illustration Rare 8.29% ±0.58, Special Illustration Rare 1.06% ±0.22, Hyper Rare 0.67% ±0.17. The study finds these effectively identical to Journey Together (differences within the CI). No ACE SPEC tier. Destined Rivals' larger Secret Rare pool (22 UR, 23 IR, 11 SIR) makes any specific chase card roughly half as likely as in the smaller Journey Together.
