Net if 10= PSA 10 value − raw − fee, the gain assuming a perfect grade (an upper bound — most cards won't 10). Chance of 10is this card's own PSA population — of every copy graded, the share that came back a 10 — and it drives the graded EV toggle instead of one flat assumption. Read it as a ceiling, not a coin flip: it counts cards people CHOSE to submit, which skews toward good copies, and a card pulled from a pack today may fare worse. A “—” means too few graded copies to quote. PSA 10 prices come from Scrydex and PokemonPriceTracker. Fees exclude shipping and use the cheapest PSA tier for each card's declared (graded) value. PSA paused its cheaper Value tiers in June 2026 under a grading backlog, so Regular ($79.99) is the current floor — grading a card much under ~$100 rarely makes sense.

TCGplayer Authentication Center study, read directly from the primary article (Peter Day, published 2026-02-24): more than 2,000 Ascended Heroes booster packs opened, per-tier rates with 95% confidence intervals — Double Rare 20.37% ±1.70, Ultra Rare 4.81% ±0.90, Mega Attack Rare 3.47% ±0.77, Illustration Rare 11.25% ±1.33, Special Illustration Rare 1.44% ±0.50, Mega Hyper Rare 0.19% ±0.18. Ascended Heroes is the largest English set ever; the new Mega Attack Rare effectively replaces an Ultra Rare in the packs where it appears (~3% of the difference from the ~8% UR rate of earlier Mega sets). God Packs (three Mega Attack Rares + seven SIRs) were not observed and are not modelled. No ACE SPEC or regular Hyper Rare tier. The article's per-card 'Any Ultra Rare' sub-table lists 20.77% — a transcription slip duplicating the Double Rare row; the summary table, the ~5% prose, and the per-card math (0.34%×14) all agree on 4.81%, used here.
